This fee helps cover our time, and prevents no-shows. We are a manufacturing facility - not a retail store - so we set time aside to focus only on your visit and to answer any questions you may have. If you decide to place an order, you will receive a $100 credit on your final invoice. This is our way of thanking you for supporting our small business.
